RawTee Shipping Policy

Welcome to RawTee! We work with top-tier print-on-demand fulfillment partners to create and ship our apparel and accessories directly to your doorstep. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping times, modes, and tracking.

1. Processing & Fulfillment Time

Because our products are printed fresh on-demand just for you, they require a short production time before they head out.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are custom-printed and processed for shipping within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 9:00 AM may occasionally qualify for same-day fulfillment and quick handover to our shipping partners.

2. Shipping Modes & Delivery Timelines

Once your order is printed and packed, the delivery time depends on your location (pin code) and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We ship across India using trusted national and regional courier partners.

Please note: Remote regions, parts of Northeast India, or extreme weather conditions may occasionally extend these delivery timelines slightly.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We want to make shopping easy for you! RawTee offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across India.

  • A small convenience fee may apply to COD orders at checkout.

  • Please ensure you are available at the provided contact number and have the exact cash amount ready when the courier partner arrives.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the courier, we will automatically email/SMS you a Tracking ID along with a live tracking link. You can use this link to check real-time updates on your order's transit status (e.g., In-Transit, Out for Delivery).

5. Undelivered Shipments & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts to reach you. An order might fail to deliver and be returned to our fulfillment warehouse (Return to Origin) due to:

  • An incomplete, incorrect, or missing address detail.

  • The customer being uncontactable or the doorstep/premises being closed.

  • Refusal of delivery or COD amount not being ready.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-shipping fee may apply to dispatch the package a second time. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout!

6. International Shipping

Currently, RawTee primarily services India. For international shipping inquiries or custom delivery requests, please reach out to our support team before placing your order.
