TERMS OF USE & SERVICE FOR RAWTEE

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

When you use this website and place orders through it, you agree to

  • Use this website to make enquiries and legally valid orders only.

  • Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorised to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.

  • Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and exactly. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary.

     

  • If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you cannot place your order.

CONTRACT

After you place an order, you will receive a Confirmation Email/Message (Order Confirmation) followed by a Shipping Confirmation once the package is dispatched.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All T-shirt orders are subject to stock availability. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute T-shirts of equal value. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

We will always do everything possible to process all orders, but there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order even after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We also reserve the right to remove any T-shirt from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing any T-shirt or modifying any material or content from our website, or for not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.

DELIVERY

We will try to make sure your T-shirt order is delivered by the date indicated in the Delivery Confirmation, or if no delivery date is specified, within an estimated maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or specific delivery zones.

For the purpose of these Conditions, the “delivery” shall be understood to have taken place or the order “delivered” as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

We make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any T-shirt you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded to you in full.

We are not obliged to provide you with any T-shirt at an incorrect lower price (even when we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price.

  • Prices on the website exclude delivery charges.

  • Prices may change at any time.

RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

STANDARD RETURN TERMS

  • Customers can return their T-shirt order within 15 days from the date of delivery (applicable only for orders placed outside of sale durations).

  • Due to strict hygiene and quality standards, certain sub-categories like baby tees and crop tops are strictly non-returnable.

  • To be eligible for a return, the T-shirt must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • We reserve the right not to accept the return of T-shirts which:

    1. We believe are being returned after use, washed, or soiled.

    2. Are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been originally delivered to you).

RETURN PROCESS

  • We will not be able to arrange a reverse pickup of products unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective T-shirt, please send images to our official customer support email, and we will get back to you.

  • Once confirmed by our Customer Experience Team, we will arrange the reverse pickup of the T-shirts within 48 hours of receiving the request.

  • Please ensure that the packaging is intact the way it was delivered when returning the item.

  • As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party courier delivery partners (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.).

  • Important: T-shirts purchased during a Sale or Clearance Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

REFUNDS & FEES

  • In case you return the T-shirts within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed for the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed.

  • The approved refund amount will be credited back into your RawTee Wallet.

  • In case you have received a damaged, defective, missing, or wrong T-shirt on delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours via our customer support email.

  • An order can be returned to a maximum of two consecutive times.

  • A non-refundable fee of ₹90 is charged as a partial payment for handling. This amount shall not be eligible for refund, adjustment, or credit under any circumstances, including order cancellation, return, or service disputes.

  • If you choose to return items associated with a promotional tote bag offer, the tote bag amount will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the promotional tote bag itself cannot be returned.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE POLICY

3-MONTH RAWTEE GUARANTEE

RawTee offers a 3-month guarantee on its premium T-shirt lines (including Supima T-shirts), covering up to 50 washes.

  • Timeline: Valid up to 3 months from the day of purchase.

  • Eligibility: This guarantee is applicable ONLY to T-shirts purchased at full MRP or at a discount of less than 40% off the MRP. Any T-shirts purchased during a Sale, Clearance, or via high-value promotional discount codes (40% and above) are strictly excluded from this 3-month guarantee.

  • Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, must be provided for all guarantee claims.

DEFECTS COVERED UNDER GUARANTEE

Defects or damages must be due to manufacturing faults and not resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper care. Covered defects include:

  • Loose stitching or unraveling seams

  • Fabric discoloration or premature fading

  • Print or graphic design imperfections

  • Uneven dye distribution

  • Fabric pilling or excessive fuzzing

  • Fabric shrinkage exceeding acceptable industry limits

  • Fabric tearing or fraying along the edges under normal wear

DEFECTS NOT COVERED UNDER GUARANTEE

  • Damage caused by improper washing or care practices.

  • Fabric damage resulting from excessive wear and tear or accidental snagging.

  • Alterations or modifications made to the T-shirt after purchase.

  • Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, misuse, or neglect.

  • Fabric deterioration due to exposure to harsh chemicals or environmental conditions.

  • Normal wear and tear expected with regular use over time.

GUARANTEE CLAIM RESOLUTION

  • RawTee reserves the right to inspect the T-shirt to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.

  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the pickup of the product within 7 days of receiving the request.

  • RawTee will be responsible for covering return shipping costs for defective T-shirts within the guarantee period.

  • Subject to product availability, we will issue a replacement or credit a full refund to your RawTee Wallet.

RAWTTEE WALLET TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The RawTee "Wallet" amount can solely be used on the official website against purchases made online.

  • The RawTee "Wallet" amount is non-refundable and cannot be transferred back to the source (such as your bank account, credit card, or UPI).

  • The RawTee "Wallet" amount is non-transferable and cannot be moved to another user's account.

  • If RawTee operates physical retail stores, the wallet amount may be used at retail stores under standard verification.

  • Products bought specifically through promotional wallet adjustments are only eligible for replacement and cannot be exchanged for cash.

LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • Reward points can be earned on all eligible T-shirt orders placed on the website, subject to product eligibility.

  • Reward points will not be applicable on T-shirts marked as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

2. EARNING OF REWARD POINTS

  • Reward points earned are equivalent to 2% of the eligible order value.

  • Reward points will be calculated on the final amount paid after applying discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, revise, or discontinue the reward earning rate at any time without prior notice.

3. REWARD POINT VALUE & REDEMPTION

  • 1 reward point = ₹1 for redemption purposes on the website.

  • Reward points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred back to any payment source.

  • Redemption Eligibility: Customers can redeem reward points only on orders with a minimum cart value of ₹1500. The minimum cart value is calculated after applying all discounts and promotional offers.

4. CREDIT TIMELINE & ADJUSTMENTS

  • Reward points will be credited to the customer’s account within 15 days after successful delivery of the order.

  • Reward points will not be credited for orders that are cancelled, returned, failed, unpaid, or under dispute.

  • If an order is cancelled or returned, the corresponding reward points will be automatically reversed. In case of partial returns, points are adjusted proportionately. If the points have already been redeemed, the Company reserves the right to recover the equivalent value from the customer’s wallet balance.

5. EXPIRY OF REWARD POINTS

  • Reward points will expire if there is no earning or redemption activity in the customer’s account for a continuous period of 3 months. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS

If you choose to return or exchange T-shirts ordered online at an authorized RawTee physical retail store, the following terms apply:

  • Eligibility: Only orders purchased through the official website are eligible for store returns/exchanges, subject to inspection and approval by the respective store.

  • Refunds: Approved store returns will be credited exclusively to your RawTee Wallet (minus applicable original shipping charges). No cash refunds or source-account refunds will be provided in-store.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to store stock availability. Any price difference between the website price and the store price, or between the original T-shirt and the exchanged T-shirt, shall be borne entirely by the customer.

  • Prior Requests: Return or exchange requests that have already been initiated online cannot be processed or continued at a physical store.

  • Store Discretion: The store management reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any return or exchange request based on product condition, stock constraints, or eligibility criteria.

GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION & FRAUD PREVENTION

FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES

We prioritise the security of our customers. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are suspected of being fraudulent or violating the terms of this policy. All returned T-shirts undergo a thorough inspection to verify authenticity. We treat fraudulent attempts with utmost seriousness and will promptly report such instances to the relevant legal authorities.

INVOICE

A physical or digital invoice will be provided to you along with the T-shirts when delivered.

TAXES

Pursuant to the prevailing rules and regulations in force, all purchases done through the website are subject to applicable taxes which will be calculated at checkout.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

RawTee may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreement whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
